MIGUEL HERNANDEZ / LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Miguel is the founding and senior pastor at Lighthouse. He is a graduate of DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ since 1983, with a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering. His activation in ministry came during his tenure as an Engineer, when he co-founded Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries with wife Norma. Pastor Miguel has a passion for the Scriptures and has prepared and trained Christians for effective ministry in the past 20 years. Pastor Miguel has traveled extensively doing full time ministry within the Apostolic World Alliance. He has served in pastoral leadership since he began his role as minister and associate pastor in Glendale, AZ. He served for 8 years before he and his wife Norma felt the call to come to Peoria, AZ and start Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries. Since its beginning in 1995, it has grown and impacted the community. Pastor Miguel is a passionate communicator who loves to see people inspired and touched by the message of Jesus Christ.
Fun facts about Pastor Miguel: He enjoys vacations with his wife and family. He will never turn down a good steak. He loves to spend time with his family, which includes one adult son (Michael III), three adult daughters (Brianna, Monique and Crysta), one daughter in law (Ayin), one son in law (Felix), three adopted children (Hadassah, Judah and Hannah), and three grandkids (Sophia, Michael IV and Theodore).

Pastor Miguel has traveled extensively doing full time ministry within the Apostolic World Alliance. He has served in pastoral leadership since he began his role as minister and associate pastor in Glendale, AZ. He served for 8 years before he and his wife Norma felt the call to come to Peoria, AZ and start Lighthouse Church. Pastor Miguel is presently attending Phoenix Seminary, and is pursuing a MDiv (Master's in Divinity) degree.

NORMA HERNANDEZ / SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Norma is our Sr. Pastor’s wife. She was born and raised in Riverside, CA and moved to Arizona as a young adult. She is a mother to seven children (Michael, Brianna, Monique, Crysta, Hadassah, Judah & Hannah. She is a mother-in-law to a wonderful daughter-in-law (Ayin) and two son-in-laws (Felix and Michael Addison). She is the grandmother of 5 beautiful children (Sophia, Michael IV, Theodore, Scarlett & Azrael). Pastor Norma loves to read, travel and treasures family time. She believes the only way to live life to its fullest is by making Jesus #1. Pastor Norma and her family have fostered children through the Department of Child Safety for 9 years. Although, her husband received the “call” to Pastor, God definitely, gifted Co-Pastor Norma to be his help-mate in ministry.
Pastor Norma has been instrumental in developing many of our church departments and ministries. As a Pastor, she is passionate about leading by example, teaching the Word of God and serving. Pastor Norma graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and has a dual role as Co-Pastor of the church; as well as working full-time for Social Services at the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. As a working professional, Pastor Norma is passionate about Child Welfare, Foster Care, Adoption and advocating for women. Grateful for what God has done in her life and the effectual prayer of a godly mother, she welcomes you to be a part of LC.
CHRIS REYES / EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Pastor Chris’ passion is to see people develop into what God has called them to be. He and his wife, Felicita, have been married for 19 years and have a growing family of five children: Julio and daughter in law (Valerie), Christopher, Alexandria, Tatiana, Jeremiah, and one granddaughter (Belle).

Pastor Chris grew up in Surprise, Arizona. He attended Gateway International Bible Institute and completed an associate of arts degree in Ministerial Theology. In his spare time, Pastor Chris loves to read, watch movies, play chess, go camping, enjoys sports events and spending time with his wife and kids.
